Aging

The wines are stored up in wood barrels for 2 years therefore, for examplification, 1 wine of 2008 will be in barrels of wood till 2010 and will come bottled in 2011 and put in sale after 6 months. |

The filling is obtained by a great quality equipments that wash and dry the bottles and fill nitrogensaturated bottles. In this way the wine does not enter to contact with oxygen .
