Vinification and Aging:
Yield: 7.500 kg per hectare
Harvest Time: mid September
Harvest: by hand in cases(17 kg)
Fermentation: in steel vats and horizontal vats (30°C) for about 10 days with delastage
Aging: 12 months in barrique
