Fermentation: in steel vats and horizontal vats (25°C) for about 8 days with delastage
Aging: 12 months in barrique
Colour: deep ruby red tending to purple red
Fragrance: delicate, typical with green but not intrusive scents, juniper berries, chocolate and sweet violet backgrounds
Taste: dry, full bodied and alcoholic, ideal for meditation
Alcohol: 12,5 %
Gastronomy: boiled and grilled meats, light hunt and mushrooms.
