The dregs of pressed grapes, coming from Pignoletto of Riosto Hills, give rise to the characteristic and unique fragrance and taste of this Grappa.
Young and tender, this Grappa has an intense, clean and persistent taste.
We use sweet white dregs, separated from grape stalks, that we bring to controlled fermentation when still fresh and rich to maintain fragrances and aromas.
Than the dregs , mixed to water, are boiled with a steam powered intermittent system (bain-marie).
As a result, we produce a brandy with important aromatic components and a tender and deep taste.
