Fermentation: in steel vats (18/19°C) for about 10 days
Refinement: 4 months in steel vats

ORGANOLEPTIC REFERENCES
Colour: straw yellow
Fragrance: distinctive, tender, with apple and bread crust scents
Taste: dry, harmonic, sapid and good structure
Alcohol : 13% Vol.
Gastromomy: ideal with hors d’oeuvre dishes, first courses and white meats.
